Overall, my stay was quite pleasant thanks to the fantastic location right by Union Square and the friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. The service had its highs and lows, and while I enjoyed the proximity to shops and restaurants, I found the room to be on the smaller side with some unpleasant smells. Dining options could definitely improve, but the value for money was decent considering the location.

The room was smaller than I expected and unfortunately had a bit of a musty smell, which was not ideal.

The staff was lovely and upgraded our room, plus they offered us complimentary champagne, which was a nice touch, but overall the service felt just ordinary.

The location is perfect, right by Union Square and very central, making it easy to access downtown.

I got a discount voucher for a nearby café, but the dining experience was alright, nothing particularly special about it.
